The Dreamer is a magical place, different from all the other hostels as it is the only one in town purpose-built to fullfill travellers needs. Our location allows easy access to all that Santa Marta has to offer and all the natural attraction of its surroundings. In particular the Sierra Nevada mountains and the amazing Tayrona National Park. This makes us an excellent base for discovering the city sights and its nightlife as well as the natural beauty and adventure activities we can offer you. 

We are the closest hostel to Bahia Concha, one of the best beaches in Santa Marta, and also to Tayrona National Park, Quebrada Valencia, Sierra Nevada and the waterfalls of Minca.

Buenavista shopping center -the largest in town- which has cinemas, supermarkets and shops, is located only five minutes walking. We are also the closest hostel to the second most important museum in Colombia, La Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, a beautiful property with great gardens where Simon Bolivar -the father of the nation- died.
